Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client tax needs and provide proactive solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal tax professionals and accountants to deliver timely services.
  • Manage client onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Assist in cross-selling other services like bookkeeping, payroll, and corporate filings.

 

 
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client service or account management (tax or financial industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Product knowledge: Deeply understand the technology and features of the product area to which you are assigned.

Research: Provide human and business impact and insights for products.

Deliverables: Create deliverables for your product area (for example competitive analyses, user flows, low fidelity wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, etc.) that solve real user problems through the user experience.

Communication: Communicate the results of UX activities within your product area to the design team department, cross-functional partners within your product area, and other interested Superformula team members using clear language that simplifies complexity.
